Ctrl-Shift-{left,right} in chatbox does not select text

How have you installed cordless
- git clone & go build .
What happened
In the chatbox, Shift-Left/Right and Ctrl-Shift-Left/Right do not work
How do you reproduce this bug
Press the keys :P

select appears to work, ctrl select doesnt.

This issue is kitty-specific - kitty reserves Ctrl-Shift for its own actions such as opening tabs, controlling zoom level, etc.
