File Browser - Can't Go To Parent Directory

Steps to reproduce
- Go to a part of Komga that uses the file browser, e.g. the Import screen
- Open the browser and try to navigate to the parent directory
Expected behavior
Go up one level to the parent directory
Actual behavior
Nothing.

Other details
Files are also now visible and selectable on the import screen, despite import specifically having you choose a folder. I assume this is a side effect of d838c85.
