Hostname change fails on WinXP

XP machines doesn't change their hostname without failure.
Running C:\Temp\rename.bat manually works fine.

Already tried RunOnce in Registry and reboot, but didn't work either.

Setting HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ComputerName\ComputerName\ComputerName might work.
Important: ComputerName must be shorter than 15 chars, otherwise the Machine might refuse to boot.
