this is tremendously helpful when:

• the referred file contains all sorts of different things. like say a powershell session: mixture of commands and output.
• also: this will ease including single lines too - as in those sessions, commands mostly are single line only

@Mearman I am currently working on minted v3.0 (https://github.com/gpoore/minted?tab=readme-ov-file#development-status), and there will be no new features until after that is finished.
