Is anybody mantaining this project? PRs fixing known bugs are not merged for years and issues are not answered.

Is there any viable alternative?

The basics seem to work, so I'm planning to use it as a compile target for my new programming language at https://github.com/benrayfield/wikibinator203 As long as its useful, as-is, I wouldnt call it dead. If the basics stopped working, I'd have a reason to try to fix it.
