[feature] Kafka input

carbon-relay-ng is great when one needs to do chaining and filtering. It supports reasonable destinations, one of which is Kafka.

However it only supports plaintext/pickle and AMQP as inputs. It would be great if it also had Kafka as an input, which would allow for a lot more possible system designs.
