Feature request: customization of tooltip text and background color

It appears the text color for legend is the same as the threshold color which is a problem when too similar to the background. Can we have the option to set the foreground and/or background color? minimally, just a toggle to make text white would be good. Thanks.
As you can see, I'm going for a minimalistic gradient where things I need to look at are brighter in color while everything else is closer in color to the background.

interesting use case, and definitely would be hard to read tooltips that dark. have a global tooltip background should help and be easy to implement.
