General: Chart should display notes that unambigously print out enabled features and service addresses

I was installing the chart and loved that the instructions in cloud were adapted so that I could copy and paste my service-location for OTLP.

I would have expected however the chart too emit this info after install so operators can work with the values that they have in their environments.
