Redirect old dashboard URLs to the new nav moel

The old scenes urls were:

https://<stack>/a/grafana-synthetic-monitoring-app/scene/<check type>?var-job=<job>&var-instance=<instance>

We should redirect incoming users with those URLs to the updated model, which is :

https://<stack>/a/grafana-synthetic-monitoring-app/checks/<check id>
