That link points back to http://docs.grails.org/3.3.5/ref/Services/transactional.html#declarativeTransactions

I suggest the link instead points to https://docs.grails.org/3.3.5/guide/services.html#declarativeTransactions

I'm curious about the fix, as the doc-syntax prevented me from dreaming up a pull-request of my own :)
