Add the ability to denoise individual passes.

Per tests performed by the one and only LordOdin, denoising each individual pass or a specific set of passes, then compositing them together was a significantly more effective method of denoising that not only retained more detail, but also had less artifacts. Ideally, this functionality should be in D-NOISE.
