It's 1.1.0 on my side.
Blender 2.79
Windows 8.1
Nvidia GTX 870M

Update: Changed image from relative to absolute path as a workaround.
Also affecting me here, using:
version: 2.80 (sub 44), branch: master, commit date: 2019-02-08 14:02, hash: 29922b6ff5f4, type: Release
build date: 08/02/2019, 06:14

Same thing happens to me on 2.8 8ac0fef4dfd1 with Dnoise 1.1.0, Windows 10.
The absolute path workaround was useful, thank you!
