Cannot install it under Blender 2.81a

Hi,
I am on Windows 10 and donwloaded the zip-file and installed it using the Blender's addon-installer.
After activating the D-Noise addon I clicked the button 'Install OptiX Binaries' and hit OK.
A small message 'This will download a 243MB file. Continue?' appeared.
I clicked OK - but then nothing happens.
I tried several times and also restarted Blender - but no luck :-(
Thanks for any support...
