Download missing for apoc-1.0.0.0

Hi @victorcesaroni - thanks for the issue report. The 1.0 apoc is going to be based on latest 3.4 apoc as ONgDB 1.0 is based on ONgDB 3.4. You can use latest apoc 3.4 for now. The 1.0 will essentially maintain functionality. I will leave this open until we get the 1.0 released.
