add profile for busses

The profile for busses is now merged (graphhopper/graphhopper#2913). It would be great to have this profile also available in the Maps represented with a bus icon.

There are no plans for this, but you can create your own server-side bus profile based on this and include it in the map config. (i.e. it is not about the small icon but the server-side resources for us)
