Editing Licenses Markup issue

When Editing Licenses, the markup is set to 0. It should show the actual value as marked in the desc below the textbox.

After adding licenses, the values are not reset. The % value in the description and the checkbox if checked..

To replicate goto Sell Media -> Licenses and try adding a new license.

I also noticed the slider is not at 0 position as well. Its on where you set it before saving..
