GraphiQL Configuration doesn't contain static resource loader

Describe the bug
When GraphiQL is enabled in a reactive spring boot application we can use cdn enabled version but not local hosted version.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable the graphiql
  2. Try to reach /graphiql URL
