No haar cascade seems to be working

None of the cascades I've tried seem to be working well. Continue trying out different cascade files by changing the cascade file name in DetectHand.py

haar_cascade = <YOUR_CASCADE_FILE.xml>

Didn't need haar cascades anyway.
