how do i uninstall my plus theme

i went to customize and clicked chicago95 AND I STILL HAVE THE CUSTOM THEME AS THE TITLEBAR THEME
HELP ME

doing anything with index.theme didnt do anything and now i cant apply any theme
SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO UNINSTALL THIS
