Either add it so that OP's automatically get a broadcast message about people being jailed, or add a permission node to receive broadcast messages like that. Otherwise great plugin.

To do: Change jailing.jail.broadcastJailing to split out, have properties enabled and permission with an empty permission node being broadcasting to the whole server.
