Games that tip-off after midnight on the east coast get missed in predictions

Both the source for game odds and the source for neutral site flags seem to use east coast time when determining which day a game takes place. For example, a game tipping off at 9:30 PM pacific on 3/9/24 does not get picked up in either source as a game for 3/9/24. Since tip is after midnight on the east coast, this game gets categorized with 3/10/24. Thus, we miss out on accurate predictions for these games.

This issue is fine for a few late games here and there as long as no tournament games tip off after midnight on the east coast.
