"Open All in Tabs" steals tab focus.

I'm not sure if this was a browser or addon setting but after a clean install, when I click said button the browser switches immediately to the newly opened first tab. I have already checked to make sure When you open a link, image or media in a new tab, switch to it immediately is disabled, but the problem persists.

Apologies, I know I've asked this before but I forget to look in 'Global Settings' at the bottom is the option to Switch Tab Focus. Uncheck that for others.
