No file meddly_expert.h

I compiled according to the COMPILE.md file and encountered an error when compiling the GraphSPN source file.
The meddly_expert.h file doesn't seem to be included anymore in the master branch of meddly, tried release/v0.14 but got some new errors

Thanks for the report.
For now, can you try to use an older version of meddly? This one should work:
git commit a4263bc9eae971ba87865f9e3b50dc3e4376eaea
