i truly hope this was autogenerated... and even then you should still get rid of it. I haven't used redux in 2 years (we use recoil, much easier as well btw), but if you're with a group that does use redux they will understand what redux functions do. Adding in 6 lines of comments for a redux function is just patronizing. If they want to know if you understand what the thing does they'll ask you. If they don't know, there's this nifty little thing called google.
