What's the relationship with pxf_fdw?

I cloned the master branch of gpdb,and want to use pxf on it.
but..I got error when make

fileam.h was not found, but extaccess.h(located on gpcontrib/gp_exttable_fdw) looks a lot like fileam.h?
And I sew gp_exttable_fdw and pxf_fdw are located on gpcontrib. So... pxf_fdw on gpcontrib is an upgrade of
pxf_fdw on pxf/fdw?

Is PXF still available on the master of gpdb?

PXF is still available on master. We are working towards full support of pxf_fdw before we release GP7
