Happens when a new package is used, but not only when a new package is used

Also seems to happen when something is pushed to a branch other than master. Seems to happen a lot from this.

I just disabled the webhook since it was crashing every commit.

This also will fix a security issue because people could just go to /git-update and crash the server

Also i turned this off temporarily because all commits were crashing
