Default DRC complains about courtyards

Every KiBuzzard label throws a DRC warning for:

  • "Footprint has no courtyard defined"

Easy to ignore, but feels like it'd be fairly easy to fix.

I think this is a newish DRC check.
Adding a courtyard around the label shouldn't be too tricky
