reevaluate all blocks in org buffer

I cannot figure out this myself. How to reevaluate all blocks in a buffer automatically? In which order would that work, from top to bottom?

I realize that I was looking at my problem the wrong way. It is not ob-ipython but org-mode babel what I should interrogate. And, yes, then I found org-babel-execute-buffer.
