Opening Permission Window on every app launch

Hey there!

this repo is exactly what I was looking for, however I got a few questions.

Whenever I click on the app, it opens the permission page in the settings although the permission was already given.
And there also is only the app widget and not a default app behind it, at least it's never opening it, only either the overlay widget or the permissions window.

What would have I have to change so it it only asks for permissions when not already given and when I click on a button it activates the overlay?
