[Usage] About how to run this program

I found this project and wanted to run it on Windows10.
It's a good project, but I am afraid I couldn't run it successfully.
And I wonder that where's the database of those different words and expressionsXDDD.

Hey there! Sorry I couldn't get back to you at the time. I was very busy on other, less auspicious projects in December. It's been a very long time since I wrote this project, but I seem to remember running it by just opening the solution file in Visual Studio 2010 and clicking the Run button.
As for where I get all the words and expressions, I have friends very high up in the Canadian Dehpartment of Dialect.
