Adding support for Android 9 (or older) will have to bring a lot of duplicate template code, which I dont want to. Sorry.
Actually, I initially decided to give up Android 9 before I start building PicQuery. That's because Android 9 was released in 2018, and devices produced before then were too old or too slow to run PicQuery.
