xtb v6.7.1

  • When building with gcc13.x or gcc14.x, some tests fail. Raising dft-d4 to version 3.6.0 fixes the problem.
  • The file meson.build of source releases for v6.7.0 and v6.7.1 contain the version of the previous releases, v6.6.1 and v6.7.0, respectively.
