incomplete room creation

Describe the bug
the creation of the room does not give the possibility to schedule a room. and immediate creation does not give a choice between "open" "social" or "closed" room
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
clicking on "start a room" there is no option to create closed or open rooms.
