pct-encode is required in ecoders.js but is defined only as a dev dependency in package.json

fixed in the repo, but I don't have powers for publishing 0.4.1
@grncdr is pretty damn quick to reply though :)

Sorry, been a bit busy as I'm moving in a few days. 0.4.1 is published, and @andreineculau has been added as an owner on npm, so you can publish future versions without having to wait for me 👍
