[Harvest API] Some minor typos in the documentation

1. I think there may be a minor typo on the application object’s documentation. these two parameters seem to have mismatched descriptions:

prospective_office The department that this prospect application is being considered for.

prospective_department The office that this prospect application is being considered for.

2. I encountered another minor typo in the POST: Reject Application documentation:

rejection_email.email_template_id The template the to use for the rejection email.
