ContextMenu of TrayIcon is placed weird

.NET Core 3.1 removes the ContextMenu class and offers ContextMenuStrip as a replacement.
The strip is now used for the ContextMenu of the TrayIcon but is not placed correctly after right clicking the icon.

This is a result of dotnet/winforms#2058 and cannot be fixed by us
