For testing, QA and development easements we want to create a test page within BuildNotifications. Only visible when compiling in DEBUG. Which shall contain every, or at least important, UI controls.
As well as an ability to debug/validate plugins. E.g. calling methods with logging, checking if certain values are set etc.
