France North West not working

The provider stopped working a month ago. I tried reinstalling but now I don't even get a provider error anymore, it just doesn't even try routing

Yes, all networks in France don't work anymore (the provider Navitia shut down it's API). See this issue #960.
So these networks will be removed in the next update :(
