Allow copying of comments

Another feature request:

When in the comments, the user should be able to copy a comments contents to the iOS clipboard. I think the simplest (although maybe not completely UI consistent) way would be to pop up a copy dialog from pressing and holding a comment.

I might have a go at a patch myself, but as a complete newbie to iOS dev it would be great if someone else could also implement something.

A think a simpler and more consistent UI choice would be to add an option to the action button - something like "copy comment" in the picture below:
