Does not succed to add a HappyLightning device

Closed this issue · 4 comments

I'm trying to add a Romwish RGB LED strip, it uses the app HappyLightning. In the app the LED strip is named "Triones:530203000A0B". Works without any issues.

I've added your Homey app and when I try to add a HappyLightning device, no device can be found.
"Timed out after 30000ms". Please advise, should this device work with your app?

Homey 6.1.0, restarted clusterligths several times without any luck.

Update, I've restarted the Homey, twice. And now I could add the device, but I can't control it.

Try again with the ledstrip within 2 meters of Homey. Also make sure the BLE of your phone is switched off. Homey and your phone cannot connect to the ledstrip at the same time.

Naw, didn't help. I got one reaction from the LED, when I switch on in Homey the LED started a cycle of colors, then static.
Well, it was cheap.

Well, that's too bad indeed.
