Cloud-Nuke does not delete multiple CloudWatch Composite Alarms propperly

According to the AWS CloudWatch documentation a program can not delete more than one composite alarm per api call. The nukeAllCloudWatchAlarms code does not split multiple composite alarms into multiple API calls.
