Proper default text for each meme

The default texts, top & bottom, are always "Tap Here to add Caption". But most memes have a pattern, as Sean Bean always begins "One does not simply". I don't want to have to type that every time I start to make a meme.

This seems like such an obvious issue, I feel there's something I'm missing. So enlighten me, master.
