Spot icons - Improve usage and adoption

Issues:

• We have three different sizes (30, 50, 72) - Can we standard these sizes?
• Different sizes are being used in design layouts. E.g., Modal found in Provisioning is using 80x80.

Goal: Bring spot icons in Orbit

• Standardize size and usage.
• Assign Orbit colors
