Rehype Code Blocks are not working since PR 136

Since #136 Rehype stopped working, no more action is rendered, nor any headings showing the title as well as language. This PR included an update from "rehype-pretty-code": "0.10.2" to "rehype-pretty-code": "0.12.6". Reverting to 0.10.2 does not seem to fix the issue though. More investigation is needed.
