Line Height tokens are rounded

Some Line Height tokens are rounded which causes an issue when combined with their intended font-size, e.g.
1.4285 x 14px is not exactly 20px.
If we want to have a vertical rhythm on the 4px grid, these values should always end up producing an integer.
