--hop-neutral-surface-weak-hover should be #E0DFDD which is Rock-75
--hop-decorative-option7-surface-strong should be #D4CBC0 Toad-100
Check --hop-decorative-option7-surface-strong and --hop-decorative-option7-surface-hover for dark mode as well
Add weak-hover for decorative options
