Spawn Barracks

Spawn Barracks - spawn the army barracks vehicle (the one with a canvas covered bed, not the rig variant) filled with hostile soldiers. There should be about ten soldiers as I believe that is how many occupants can fit in the barracks. The soldiers would be generic Army NPC, with a Carbine Rifle and a Combat Pistol
