Effect Description
The effect forces the player to be locked to walking speed and ensures the player is unable to enter vehicles. If the player is already in a vehicle when the effect activates, the vehicle comes to an immediate stop and the player exits the vehicle. Shooting is not disabled, but the player still moves slow when shooting. Swimming and diving is not affected.
