[Feature Suggestion] "Fix" for minimap

Use an overlay program that acts like a picture-in-picture that you place over the minimap area that will only mirror that part of the screen so that the map will match the mirrored gameplay. Effects that would cause problems with this would be maximap, flipped HUD, and the one where the map bounces across the screen (I don't remember what it's called).
