Amend Hod queries to match SPARQL

We still have our ';' at the end of the queries, but given that the syntax around UNION has now been clarified, we need to take a pass through the following to make sure that queries are correct:

  • HodDB web interfaces
  • docs.xbos.io
  • hoddb.org

This is basically done, with even a few more permissive changes made to our implemented subset of the SPARQL grammar
